This program may be accessed from multiple domains (e.g., BullyBreaker.org, CraftMethodology.com, teachable.com). Redirection does not alter your rights or obligations as a student. Access is still governed by these Terms regardless of domain.

12. Governing Law and Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Riverside County, California. Users waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits against the School, its members, employees.
13. Limitation of Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of the School, its instructors, affiliates, and service providers for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the course content shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the course. Under no circumstances shall damages exceed the enrollment fee for the program in which the claim arose.

Refunds. Our Refund Policy (see /refunds) is incorporated into these Terms and explains eligibility, how to request a refund, timing, and what happens on approval. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the Refund Policy. If any inconsistency arises between these Terms and the Refund Policy regarding refunds, the Refund Policy governs.
