Refund Policy


This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Bullybreaker LLC. It is incorporated into our Terms of Use.


Eligibility Window

We offer a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase (“Refund Period”). After 30 days, all sales are final.


How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout before the Refund Period ends and include your order number. We’ll review to ensure you are within the refund window, check for any abuse, and respond.


What Happens When Refunds Are Approved

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Card refunds typically post in 7–10 business days.

We will unenroll your account from the refunded product(s) and revoke access at the time the refund is processed.


Payment Plans & Subscriptions

If your purchase was on a payment plan or subscription and a refund is approved, we will cancel future payments. Past payments are refundable only if they qualify under this Policy.


Products Covered / Not Covered

Covered: Online courses and course bundles sold by Bullybreaker on Teachable.

Not refundable once delivered (unless required by law): coaching services and standalone digital downloads, including any bundles that contain either.


Access Term (for clarity)

Unless stated otherwise, course access is provided for 1 year from enrollment. The Refund Period is separate from the access term.


Abuse & Fairness

We may decline refunds in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., repeated refund requests across multiple enrollments, chargeback misuse). If something isn’t working for you, please contact us and we’ll help.


Chargebacks

If there’s an issue with your purchase, please contact us first. Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions will be handled in accordance with card-network rules.


Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law.
